Affiliate Program Eligibility
The DiskFaktory’ Affiliate Program is open to any studio, mastering house, video facility
or other company involved
in the Artist Services.
The term of this Affiliate Program agreement commences upon DiskFaktory’s acceptance of the Affiliate’s enrollment
application.
Either party may terminate this agreement and a Affiliate’s participation in the
program at any time,
with or without cause, with notice thereafter in writing
via
mail or email. Affiliate's referrals accepted prior to
termination shall continue
to be covered by this agreement.

If accepted into the program, the Affiliate will receive a confirmation packet of
materials, information about the program and enrollment into the program.
